Core Balance is a cold-pressed juice designed to support a strong, vital, and balanced core. It's also treatfully delicious. :)

As with all of our cold-pressed juices, we press Core Balance from organic, local, and sustainable produce @Metro_Kitchen_and_Drinkery on R St in the WAL Public Market

Each ingredient has amazing properties alone, and together, we think they bring something really special.

What a great set of facts, Pineapple friend!

What a great set of facts, Pineapple friend!

Pineapple: Fresh pineapple juice is rich in the protein digesting bromelain enzyme, peroxidase enzyme which is thought to be a major antitumor component, vitamin C and potassium.

  • Bromelain: Anti-Inflammatory and Digestive Relief

  • Vitamin C: Anti Oxidant Protection and Immune Support

  • Manganese and Thiamin:  essential for energy production

Carrots: dark orange/yellow food category linked to reduction of cardio-vascular disease

  • carotenoids - highly anti-oxidant
  • phytonutrients - inhibits colon cancer development

Apples

  • phytonutrients in apples can help you regulate your blood sugar.
  • the fiber found in apple may combine with other apple nutrients to provide you with the kind of health benefits you would ordinarily only associate with much higher amounts of dietary fiber. These health benefits are particularly important in prevention of heart disease through healthy regulation of blood fat levels. Scientists have recently shown that important health benefits of apples may stem from their impact on bacteria in the digestive tract.

Ginger

  • Ginger contains very potent anti-inflammatory compounds called gingerols. These substances are believed to explain why so many people with osteoarthritis or rheumatoidarthritis experience reductions in their pain levels and improvements in their mobility when they consume ginger regularly.
