Greetings Metro Juice lovers!

We have two pieces of news - one REALLY BIG and the other Very Awesome!

First…thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your enthusiasm, kind feedback, and sustained interest. This summer of selling in Farmers’ Markets has exceeded all our expectations.

YOU are the reason we press on, and on!

The REALLY BIG news: Metro Juice Kitchen and Drinkery is set to open our first downtown location in the heart of the R Street Historic District in December.

Soon you can enjoy delicious and bright cold pressed juices along with an additional array of incredible hand crafted beverages and delightfully delicious bites, pick up juice kits, and connect with friends throughout the day.

The Very Awesome News: We will be selling individual juices, juice subscriptions, and cleanse kits at the Preservation and Co Pantry at 1717 19th Street.  Watch for our next announcement with dates, days, hours, more details and fun promotional surprises. Follow our progress and whereabouts on Facebook and Instagram.

We are super delighted that Metro Juice Kitchen and Drinkery is part of the WAL (Warehouse Artist Loft) project on R Street. “WAL is the most creative redevelopment project in the Sacramento area. A mixture of cool affordable housing and shared outdoor community spaces, with rooftop access, an eclectic marketplace, art galleries, cafe and entertainment venue.”  (WAL R street)

Together with six other amazing retailers, we are creating an active marketplace on the ground floor of the historic redbrick warehouse between 11th and 12th streets.  This gathering and market place is designed for social interaction, and fronted by a shady and spacious loading dock-turned-patio above sidewalk level with common seating areas both inside and out of the warehouse.  Metro Juice Kitchen and Drinkery will be the vibrant place to gather with friends around incredibly delicious and remarkably nutritious food and drink.

Summer Lovin' (had us a blast!) What a great time we had meeting you all at the markets, events and venues where we poured -- the Mount Pleasant Garden and Farm open house, The Dailey Method, the Sacramento Beer and Chili Festival, Lululemon fitness events, the Grand Opening of Preservation and Co, the Produce Express annual Farmers’ Market, Soil Born Farms Equinox Celebration, and numerous private events.

Our weekly Farmers’ Markets continue to afford us great joy as we meet (and create) new juice enthusiasts and source local produce to transform into amazing juices. We continue in the Cesar Chavez Farmers’ Market until October 28 and the Midtown Farmers’ market (year round). The Capital Mall Farmers’ Market has ended for this season. We will miss our friends at our seasonal markets, but look forward to seeing all of you picking up juices at Preservation and Co. mid-October and at the Metro Juice Kitchen and Drinkery on R Street before the end of the year.

Spread the joy of Metro Juice with your people – freely forward our BIG and AWESOME news.

We love you!

In gratitude,

Lisa and The Metro Juice Team: Keith, Christine, Benjamin, Anya, Nina, Hannah, Laura, Lucas and Heather
